Add a serving of veggies in your oats by adding Choccy Greens! The tastiest way to get more vegetables into your diet.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp The Lady Shake Vanilla
- 1 scoop Chocolate Super Greens
- 2 tbsp yoghurt (tip: use YoPro for extra protein)
Method
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl, a mason jar or a glass cup.
- Mix well until you see no clumps and seal with a lid or cling wrap.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve cold and top with your favourite berries or fruit of choice.
