Ingredients
- 100g Egg Whites
- 1 tsp Sweetener
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Strawberries
Method
- Whisk the egg whites, vanilla and sweetener together
- Heat a non-stick frypan over medium heat
- Pour in the egg whites and allow to cook, using a spatula, fold in half and continue to cook
- Once cooked halfway through, flip and cook the other side
- Top with peanut butter and strawberries or toppings of choice
