  • 1 small red capsicum, chopped
  • 1 small green capsicum chopped
  • 1 brown onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 bunch broccolini
  • 1/2 wombok, thickly shredded
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 500g lean beef mince
  • 1 packet of Asian egg noodles

Sauce Ingredients:

  • 60ml (1/4 cup) oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
  • 2 tbsp warm water


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. In a tray, place your red and green capsicums, carrot, onion, beef mince, garlic and ginger.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes on fan bake.
  4. Remove from over, mix and bake for a further 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, boil the kettle. Place noodles and broccolini in a heat proof bowl and cover with boiling water.
  6. To make the sauce, mix all of the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
  7. When the beef mince and veggies are cooked, remove from the oven and place in a large frying pan along with the sauce, noodles and wombok. Mmix together.
  8. Cook until wombok is soft. Serve and enjoy!
