Seafood Marinara

Savour the flavours this summer with our Seafood Marinara. This dish combines a hearty tomato-based sauce with a mix of succulent seafood, creating a satisfying and no-fuss meal at the busiest time of year.


  • 300g fresh mixed seafood (you can use your own selection of seafood or purchase the seafood marinara mix)
  • 120g raw weight Vetta Smart Fibre Spaghetti
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. tomato paste
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • Salt + pepper


  • 1 chilli, deseeded and chopped 


  1. Bring water to boil and cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the oil.
  3. Add in the garlic and chilli and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add in the cherry tomatoes and cook until they burst and start to make the base of the sauce.
  5. Add in the seafood, tomato paste, lemon juice and parsley.
  6. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until seafood is tender but not overcooked.
  7. Stir through the pasta, add salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
